Excellent fun. I was expecting a class of a couple of hours, but it was 5.5h of fun and food. Lou knows her stuff!
Nice variety of dumplings, good class size and plenty of tips.
Now to make them at home and impress the family.
I had such a fabulous day learning to make dumplings. Lou was a ball of energy, giving us tips, tricks and some secret recipes. The class felt like it flew by and was jam packed with a great variety of recipes and flavours. As a complete dumpling novice i'm now feeling pretty confident in my pleating abilities and can't wait to have a dumpling party with all my new recipes!!!
