What a great teacher you are - amusing, skilled, informative and very relaxed. I thoroughly enjoyed the day and hope to make use of my new-found skills in the near future.
We booked Lou Wong to teach a dumpling class as a fun event for our team and clients. We wanted something fun, interactive and social. We got this and more! Everyone at the event loved it - Lou was great - a wonderful host, teacher and chef. Everyone got into it as there were jobs for everyone. When all of the food we made came together, you could feel the pride in the room. And everyone was talking about making dumplings for their partners, kids etc. The group was still raving about it for weeks afterwards. I would whole heartedly recommend a class with Lou for any group or corporate activity. It will be one that is remembered for a long time afterwards.
